In this webinar, one of the research assistants of our university and one of the researchers of our center, Assist. Hüseyin Yağızhan Kol, will make a presentation titled “Resolution of Disputes Arising from Savings Financing Contracts by Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods”. In the presentation, the applicability of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, especially in the context of current problems of consumer law, will be discussed and the legal and practical aspects of the system will be evaluated.
