The workshop titled “The Development of the Savings Financing System and the Fiqh Problems it Poses” was held in two sessions with the participation of expert academics and sector experts, examining the development of the savings financing system in Turkey, the changes it has undergone, its past problems and current problems, and the nature of the fiqh problems arising from the system during this process, how much of these problems have been solved and which problems still exist, and revealing the problematic points of today's savings financing system in terms of fiqh.
